Nicole Lovell

Glenn A. Dyke earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah, his special education teaching certification and administrative/supervisory license from Utah State University and his Masters of Education from the University of Utah. Glenn is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Glenn has extensive experience as an elementary and secondary teacher, behavior specialist, district administrator and educational / behavioral consultant in public school settings. He is the founder and executive director of Blind Mule Behavioral Services which specializes in providing technical assistance, coaching and professional development to schools and districts throughout the Mountain West. Glenn specializes in school-wide discipline, classroom management and tiered behavioral support for the most challenging students.

Aspen Florence has been an educator in Utah for the past 17 years. She has taught Special Education for 10 years in the K-12 setting. She worked as a behavior specialist for four years and was the Director of Student Advocacy for two years in the Ogden School District. Aspen has worked closely with Panorama Education to create and implement SEL based practices in Ogden to ensure students are holistically educated. She is an expert in SEL implementation and is knowledgeable in the CASEL framework, Panorama Education survey tools and platform, Second Steps social skill implementation, Yale RULER implementation, and Skillstreaming. She is STAR Trauma Certified, is a member of the Panorama National Advisory Board, and is certified in restorative practices. She has a Special Education teaching license, a M.ED in Curriculum Design and Instruction, a M.ED in Educational Leadership, and is currently pursuing her EdD in Education Leadership and Policy.

Rebecca J. Becker graduated from Weber State University with a Major in Communication Studies Teaching and a Minor in Special Education with a K-12 Teaching Endorsement. She graduated from Utah State University with a Masters in Education. Rebecca has taught
Mild/Moderate English, Mathematics, Financial Literacy, Reading, and Study Skills in a traditional junior high and high school setting as well as a self-contained special day school for Weber School District and Weber Valley Detention Center. From 2006-2012 Rebecca was the Secondary Resource Math curriculum coach for Weber School District and was a member of Weber District Math task-force which helped teachers become highly qualified and effective at teaching math. Currently, Rebecca is a Behavior Specialist for Ogden School District.

Nicole Lovell is a general education behavior specialist serving K-12 students in Ogden School District. As part of the role of behavior specialist, Mrs. Lovell provides support, training, coaching and feedback to students, teachers, paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, counselors and administrators to implement supports at all tier levels for successful student outcomes. During her educational career, Mrs. Lovell has been a gifted and talented teacher at an elementary level and later transitioned into the role of Instructional Coach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Elementary Math Endorsement, ESL Endorsement, Reading Endorsement and Wilson Level I Instructor Certification. In addition, she is currently completing coursework to earn a Master’s Degree in Special Education and her board certification in behavior analysis.
